This year we will have 3 farm tours.
We love to show you our farm & for you to see how we farm re-generatively which includes how our animals are raised, how our land is managed & constantly improved & our conservation projects.
These tours will be limited to @ 10 people each time & last 60-90 minutes. Please dress appropriately for the weather (bring water, closed toe shoes, a hat, dress in layers & wear sunscreen if warm) - there will be a fair amount of walking involved depending on where the animals are in their grass rotation.

An hour break for lunch, which we will provide from meat & produce grown here on the farm.
Work to be done will be determined on that day, anything from working in the vegetable gardens & hoop-house, moving/ watering animals, working on clearing fence lines, mowing, bringing wood up, planting in the pollinator preserve etc. Some of this work will require some lifting, other tasks not much, but expect a reasonably physical day & a great nights sleep afterwards!
The group is generally split into 2 to facilitate more of a learning as well as a farm work day experience.
Please come dressed to work outside (bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses & hat if it's hot, dress in layers, wear substantial shoes/ boots, gardening or other strong gloves if you have them). Age guide 14 years & up.

We will offer fresh, whole, ready to cook, Freedom Ranger chickens in 8 small batches this year. They will be $5 per pound.
Availability will be limited, & will be every 3 weeks from mid May - early October. Customers will have the option to pre-reserve 75% of the chickens until sold out. We will keep back @ 5 extra chickens from each batch to be sold fresh in the store during the week that they are processed. Limit of 20 chickens per customer for the year.
