What Will be Available in the Farm Store - February 2026

We have most cuts of lamb including burgers, ground, sirloin and loin chops, lamb ribs, shanks, bone, kebab meat, stew meat and necks.

No shoulder roasts, legs of lamb or leg steaks.

Custom halves and whole lambs available late-June.

Full range of lamb cuts by late-June.

We have all cuts of chicken, including wings, whole chickens, bones, thighs, drumsticks. 

No chicken breast or chicken feet.

Full range of chicken cuts by mid-June.

Very limited - we have ground pork, various sausages, shoulder steaks, leaf lard and ribs.

No bacon, pork chops or shoulder roasts.

Full range of pork by end March/ early April.

We have no beef! Possibly will take 1 in June.

Sold out of custom beef for this year.

A few dzn not yet spoken for

Maple Syrup, raw honey and salami.

No fresh produce for the month of February
